Target audience
You need to have attended the basic cold process soap making class with either SoapPlay or with other instructors. Knowledge of lye safety and handling of lye is of great importance due to safety considerations.
Soap collection / delivery
All soaps are to be collected from studio within 1 week. You can also opt for courrier delivery at $5 / address. SoapPlay reserves the right to handle uncollected soaps at its discretion.
Booking policy
Strictly no refund of fees for cancellation or no-show of confirmed bookings. 1 time amendment of the booking date/time is allowed at least 3 days before your confirmed booking date, subject to availability. Do contact us directly for the rescheduling.
Responsibilities of Soap Pass holders
- Safekeeping of personal belongings.
- General cleanliness of working space after usage.
- Washing and keeping of equipments and tools after use.
